This new Die sink machine operates through a process of spark erosion & will sit alongside our current Die sink and Wire EDM machines and allow us to provide a faster more competitive service to our customer base.

With many years of working with customers from industries where the most rigorous standards are applied, including the Automotive and Aerospace sectors, Westley Engineering has earned a reputation as a leading provider of ISO quality-approved precision parts.

The new installation is offering a vast reduction in cycle times over our older EDM machines in some cases as much as 50%. We have already applied this to some in house jobs and the gains mean we therefore have spare capacity to offer.
