OUR CAPACITY

This capability is reflected in our new, purpose-built factory which includes a press shop housing multiple presses with a capacity of up to 300 tonnes.

Many years’ experience as a press tool manufacturer means we are experts in pressing components accurately and efficiently.

TRANSFER TO US

As well as our ability to provide the tooling needed for a component, we can also employ the customer’s own tooling, utilising our knowledge to gain improved speeds and accuracy. Not only does this reduce the cost of the components, it also extends the service life of the tool and gives greater control of both the component quality and the efficiency of the pressing operation.

FULLY TAILORED PACKAGES

We can offer a range of additional Engineering operations together with assembly and packaging of components. Add to this, cost competitive material sourcing and an established experienced network of sub-contract specialist services. Your newly pressed parts can be heat treated, plated & painted if required, as part of a fully tailored package.
